A.K.A. Hardy Dwarf Broom. Slow, but steady grower forming an impressive groundcover-like shrub. Profuse yellow flowers completely cover the shrub in late spring. The distinctive cascading evergreen stems mold beautifully around boulders and drape gracefully over ledges. Can handle many soil types as long as they are well drained. Could benefit from winter water.
