Basil ‘Mammoth’ is a large-leafed sweet basil variety known for its impressive leaf size (hence the name) and robust growth habit. It produces large, crinkled leaves that can be up to 4 inches long, making it excellent for culinary uses like pesto, caprese salads, or anywhere you want substantial basil flavor. It typically grows 18-24 inches tall with a bushy habit and has the classic sweet basil flavor with notes of clove, anise, and mint.
