My peonies arrived yesterday (11/01/23) and today I planted them after digging through the frozen top soil.I ordered two batches and seven of the plants appeared fine with buds and such but one of the Karl Rosenfield Peony 86124 was nothing more than a pile, maybe 20 or so, 4-5 inch root pieces with no buds to be found anywhere. I hold out little hope that it will amount to anything.
